2011 has been a big transition year for Cromer Material Handling and 2012 looks even better. Our company was able to expand once again, this time to Stockton with the acquisition of Quality Lift Truck. We now have full-service stores in Oakland, Sacramento, and Stockton with satellite shops in Santa Rosa and Chico. Our seasoned and knowledgable staff enabled us to grow our business 35% in 2011. We service customers throughout Northern California which has enabled us to better serve our customer’s demands. I am truly fortunate to have a staff that understands the need to treat all customers with respect and deliver solutions that bring cost savings to our customers. We sell new and used forklifts and material handling solutions with top-tiered brand names such as Caterpillar, Jungheinrich, Clark, Doosan and Kalmar. We are a BBB (Better Business Bureau) A+ rated company and the only company in our industry that can say that in Northern California. Our company always puts our customers first and we strive to exceed their expectations with exceptional service, parts and rental staff.

I am a hands-on dealer principal and most of our customers have met me personally. We are in business to deliver exceptional customer service and make a profit doing that. Achieving profitability has enabled our company to continue to grow and expand even in these economic times.

Being the licensed distributor for Caterpillar, Jungheinrich, Clark, Doosan, Kalmar, and Donkey forklifts has given us the ability to offer customers choices to fit their specific material handling need. We also stock many specialty products including new and used rack and shelving. We have become the leading used equipment seller throughout Northern California. We have a rental fleet that has 55,000 lb forklifts to 4-direction forklifts. We have attachments for all kinds of applications.

In 2012, we will continue our company's expansion, but this time, on the web. We will launch a new website that will make it easier for you to identify the best material handling solutions for your project, get expert advice so that you can make the best choice possible, and request quotes online. Our new website will be a comprehensive resource for the latest material handling solutions and will establish Cromer Material Handling as your one-stop material handling solutions provider.
